We’re not the “smile and nod” type of therapists—and we won’t waste your time with vague advice or soft detours. If something’s keeping you stuck, we’ll call it out—always with care. Honesty is how we show up for you. That means telling the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable, because we’re here to help you grow, not just vent.
